If you are not getting the desired result, please go through the steps in this checklist:
Reboot: If interaction between the Motion Synth app and another app is not working, try rebooting your iPhone or iPod touch. Save any unsaved presets prior to rebooting. If you are trying to connect wirelessly to a laptop, reboot the laptop also.
Retrace: If rebooting does not work, return to the instructions (for the specific outcome you are trying to achieve) and go through all the steps again. If you have missed a step, it may be impossible for us to guess which one, so repeating the setup process is the fastest way to discover such an error.
Revise: If the above steps don't solve the problem, you may have found a bug. In order for us to fix a bug, we have to be able to recreate it, otherwise we will not be able to find the cause of the bug. Please follow this checklist for reporting a bug: bug reporting.
