In order for us to fix a bug, we have to be able to recreate it. Bugs can be very specific, and only affect a specific combination of device,iOS version, and/or setting. Thus, if we don't have sufficient information to recreate the bug, it is effectively impossible to discover the bug's cause. Please include this info when reporting a bug:

1. Clarify that you have carefully completed every step of the troubleshooting checklist: Troubleshooting.
2. What is the exact device model and iOS you are using?
3. If you have configured your iOS or setup in a non-typical way, please include this also.
4. Describe the exact steps you took to produce the bug.
