This video describes how to adjust the physical key divider (that is part of the Motion Synth Grip) to match the dimensions of the keys in the Key screen (within the Motion Synth App).

Prior to completing the steps shown in this video you should adjust the dimensions of the keys (in the Key screen) to suit the length of your fingers.

Once you have completed adjusting the dimensions of the keys, if you are still having trouble reaching the bottom row key corresponding to the little finger, you also have the option to use various 7 note scales.
